Located in Mint Hill at the intersection of the Market Street & Duboce Avenue, TS studio is currently working with Paulett Taggart Architects on 1939 Market Street, a 100% affordable, 15-story development for seniors within the LGBTQ community.  Landscape scope includes green infrastructure and community gardens for 7 levels of the building and ground level streetscape. With the public 3rd floor balcony outside of the laundry room overlooking the second-floor terrace, the landscape serves as extension of the adjacent community room, creates a place for outdoor gathering and respite with a glimpse of the Sutro Tower beyond.
